We are hiring an experienced MEP Estimation Engineer for the corporate office of a leading hospitality and real estate group in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed MEP cost estimates, BOQs and budgets for hotel and commercial projects.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications and tender documents.
- Evaluate contractor/vendor quotations and support techno-commercial comparisons.
- Coordinate with design, projects, procurement and commercial teams.
- Handle cost planning, value engineering and estimation for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and related MEP services.
- Support tendering, rate analysis and project cost control.
Candidate Profile
- BE/BTech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in MEP estimation/costing.
- Experience in hotel, commercial, mixed-use or large building projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis and MEP tendering.
- Exposure to reputed developers, consultants, PMC or contracting organisations preferred.
